Wow, le saut StampINKspiration d'aujourd'hui c'est typiquement un saut que je ne voulais pas rater. Bon pourtant, ça aurait alléger ma semaine mais en même temps, ça me donnait l'occasion de sortir de ma zone de confort, de m'amuser ET de créer un projet avec la gamme Humeur d'automne de Stampin'Up !

Qui aurait résisté à ça ?

Donc, me voilà devant mes papiers, à jouer avec mes chutes d'autres projets pour créer. Facile pour moi de remplir les cases du thème Tic Tac Toe !

Wow, today's StampINKspiration jump is typically one I didn't want to miss. Well, it would have lightened my week, but at the same time it gave me the opportunity to get out of my comfort zone, have some fun AND create a project with Stampin'Up's Autumn Mood range!

Who could resist that?

So here I am, in front of my paper, playing with scraps from other projects to create something new. It was easy for me to fill in the blanks for the Tic Tac Toe theme!

En fait le souci c'était, comment se limiter ? Parce que tout me plaisait mais faire les 9 quand même sur une seule création, ça paraissait compliqué…

J'ai fini par choisir Brown Leaves Torn, la ligne du milieu. Soit, Brun, Feuilles, Déchiré pour celles qui ne parlent pas Anglais.

The problem was, how do you limit yourself? Because I liked everything, but it seemed complicated to do all 9 of them in one creation...

I ended up choosing Brown Leaves Torn, the middle line.

Go go go !

Alors... attention, j'ai même coché la case Vintage, Blend, Emboss et Ribbon si on considère que le fil de lin est un ruban. Je vous assure, ce n'était pas prévu au départ... enfin pas vraiment... en tout cas pas l'embossage... Pourquoi vous ne me croyez pas ?

J'arrête mes bêtises.

On démarre avec un fond passé au plioir Carreau Patiné avec la nouvelle teinte Pecan Pie, déchiré, vieillit et ombré à la brosse à estompe. Ensuite, j'ai ajouté, des agrafes, un mélange de colle et d'eau pour projeter des gouttes et de l'embossage cuivre puis, comme ça ne suffisait pas, des tâches et de l'embossage cuivre mais cette fois en partant d'un tampon tâches - c'est quand même plus simple -

So... mind you, I've even ticked the Vintage, Blend, Emboss and Ribbon boxes if you think of linen thread as ribbon. I assure you, this wasn't planned at the outset... well not really... at least not the embossing... Why don't you believe me?

I'll stop the nonsense.

We started with a background that had been folded with a Carreau Patiné folding machine using the new Pecan Pie shade, ripped, aged and shaded with a stump brush. Then I added staples, a mixture of glue and water to project drops and copper embossing and, as that wasn't enough, stains and copper embossing, but this time starting with a stain pad - it's still easier.

Par dessus, comme je n'avais pas assez déchiré de papier à mon goût, des bandes de papier vélin, déchirées et gaufrées au même plioir - vous êtes d'accord, l'effet est totalement différent du fond -.

Des feuilles, il en fallait, les nouvelles du lot Feuilles d'automne - et je découpe tous mes feuillages dans mes chutes de feuilles déjà entamées, j'ai trop peur d'utiliser la collection trop vite ^^. D'autres chutes encore, découpées dans différents poinçons, vieillies avec mes petits ongles, un texte tamponné en Café, du tampon texte à l'arrière et enfiiiin, quelques éléments dans le papier Cuivre Oxydé.

Boooon... ensuite, il a fallut rassembler tout ça pour le placer sur la carte de façon à ce qu'il reste quelque chose à voir du travail du fond - ça aurait été bête quand même de se donner autant de mal pour rien - un peu de 3D, un morceau de fil de lin et des ornements terminent la carte.

On top, as I hadn't torn enough paper for my taste, I used strips of vellum paper, torn and embossed with the same folding machine - you'll agree, the effect is totally different from the background -.

I needed leaves, the new ones from the Autumn Leaves pack - and I cut all my leaves from the scraps of leaves I'd already started, I'm too scared to use up the collection too quickly ^^. More scraps, cut from different punches, aged with my little fingernails, text stamped in Café, text stamped on the back and finally, a few elements in the Oxidised Copper paper.

Boooon... then it was time to put it all together and place it on the card so that there was still something to see of the background work - it would have been silly to go to so much trouble for nothing - a bit of 3D, a piece of linen thread and some ornaments finish off the card.
